Your responsibilities

• Support the management of our paid social accounts (including Facebook, Instagram, Google, Pinterest, and TikTok).
• Help analyze and interpret data and optimize campaigns and creatives based on their performance.
• Support setting up campaigns, monitoring their performance, and creating reports.
• Contribute to developing and executing a social media strategy and roadmap together with management.
• Work with external partners and support oversight and coordination of their work.
• Track relevant KPIs and support the creation of well-grounded weekly and monthly reports.

For our e-commerce team, we are looking for committed interns for an internship of 3 to 6 months.

Your responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and optimize our online shop (Shopify)
• Analyze and improve the user experience and conversion optimization
• Create and maintain product listings, images, and copy in the shop
• Run performance and competitive analyses in the e-commerce space
• Support the planning and execution of online sales activities
• Coordinate with logistics, production, and customer service to keep things running smoothly
• Evaluate KPIs and create shop performance reports
• Contribute to projects on internationalization and scaling the online business

What you bring

• Enrolled student in e-commerce, business, marketing, or a comparable program
• Affinity for digital tools, e-commerce systems (Shopify is a plus), and online retail
• Interest in the luxury and jewelry industry
