Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide.
Shipping costs (including statutory value added tax)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We do not charge shipping costs and returns are free of charge.
Deliveries abroad:
We do not charge Shipping and customs clearance costs and returns are free of charge.
Delivery times
In the case of goods individually designed according to the customer's wishes, the creation of the correction template takes place within 1 - 2 days after conclusion of the contract, the execution of the design work and the delivery of the goods within 40 days after approval of the correction template (in the case of agreed advance payment after the time of your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the respective offer.
If no other period is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered within 1 - 2 days in Germany and within 5 - 7 days for deliveries abroad after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
