Right of withdrawal for consumers
(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his trade, business or profession).

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason, provided the goods are in stock.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date,
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly, or
-
on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (VEYNOU GmbH, Markt 36, 60311 Frankfurt, Phone: +49 69 943 23230, E-Mail: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. letter or e-mail). You can use our sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your Cancellation .
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the Cancellation this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.
We shall bear the direct costs of returning goods in stock.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts:

for the delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumerEngagement Rings, wedding rings, engravings, custom-made products).

for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded.

for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered at the earliest 30 days after conclusion of the contract and whose current Value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence.

for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or periodicals with the exception of subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts:

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
