How is my order shipped?
All shipments within Germany are sent free of charge and insured via UPS Express and are usually delivered within 1-2 days .
Shipments with a goods value of more than €5,000 are insured and delivered free of charge by express courier within 24 hours of shipment.
For our international shipments we use FedEx Express International.
How can I return or exchange my order?
All items can be returned within 30 days free of charge (in Germany). We will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days after receipt of the return.

You can also exchange or return your order in our boutique in Frankfurt.
How do I find out the right ring size?
Determine your ring size reliably and accurately with our free ring sizer . Quite simply from home - so nothing stands in the way of your dream ring from VEYNOU. The Ring Sizer can be used as often as you like.
For the sake of the environment, we only ship one ring sizer per order and customer.
What are lab grown diamonds?
Lab grown diamonds are 100% identical to mined diamonds and have the same chemical, physical and optical properties but without the environmental & ethical disadvantages.
They are also certified by the same international institutes (GIA/IGI) according to the so-called 4Cs .
We at VEYNOU are convinced that the uniqueness of the diamond only shines through an environmentally friendly and transparent origin and under fair conditions under the highest quality standards.
Are individual designs also possible?
Together with you we design your personal piece of jewelry. Our designs can be customized to your liking. Would you like an individual piece of jewelry? Contact us by email, phone or Whatsapp.
What does made to order mean?
We design some pieces of jewelry from our collection as well as all our engagement rings according to your specifications, such as the choice of metal, the number of carats or your ring size. Made to order means that we start the production of your personal piece of jewelry after your order.
