All shipments within Germany are sent free of charge & insured via UPS Express and are usually delivered within 1-2 days.

Shipments with a value of over 5.000,- € are insured and delivered free of charge by express courier within 24 hours of dispatch.

We use FedEx Express International for our international shipments.

All items can be returned free of charge within 30 days (in Germany). We will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days of receipt of the return.

For the sake of the environment, we only send one Ring sizer per order and customer.

Lab-grown diamonds are 100% identical to diamonds from the mine and have the same chemical, physical and optical properties, but without the ecological & ethical disadvantages.

They are also certified by the same international institutes (GIA/IGI) according to the so-called 4Cs .
