How long does ring resizing take?
Ring resizing typically takes about 5–7 business days. Our service team provides a complimentary shipping label so you can send your piece to our service center in Pforzheim, or you can drop it off at our boutique.
How do I find the right ring size?
Determine your ring size reliably and accurately with our complimentary ring sizer, easily from home. The ring sizer can be reused as often as needed.
To respect the environment, we send only one ring sizer per order and customer.
Can I add an engraving later?
