The following terms apply:

We deliver worldwide.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge shipping costs and returns are free.

International deliveries:

We do not charge any shipping or customs fees and returns are free.

Delivery times

For items individually customized to your specifications, we prepare the proof within 1–2 days after the contract is concluded; the design work and delivery of the item take place within 40 days after the proof is approved (in the case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction), unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) are made within 1–2 days, and international deliveries within 5–7 days after the contract is concluded (in the case of agreed advance payment, after your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them in a single shipment unless agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
