Lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as mined diamonds. The only difference is that they are produced sustainably in the lab instead of being extracted from the earth, meaning without negative consequences for nature or people.
Diamonds created by VEYNOU are produced in an eco-friendly way, with transparent origins and the highest quality standards, and are GIA/IGI-certified from 0.50ct. and up.
Lab diamonds are produced using state-of-the-art technologies. Two methods are used: HPHT, a high-pressure high-temperature process, and CVD, Chemical Vapor Deposition, an innovative plasma process in which a unique rough diamond grows atom by atom.
Even though we can now reproduce the conditions in which a diamond grows in a controlled and efficient way through processes such as CVD and HPHT, every diamond still has a unique structure that, whether from the lab or the mine, remains incomparable.
VEYNOU works exclusively with lab diamonds to bring our vision of sustainable luxury jewelry to life without compromise. Lab diamonds are the only way for VEYNOU to produce diamonds for eternity without harming our environment. In their properties, lab diamonds are in no way inferior to mined diamonds.
Jewelry
Our jewelry is produced in our own atelier in Pforzheim, the "gold city" in Germany known worldwide for its long history as a center of jewelry production. Our goldsmiths bring expertise passed down through generations to the production of high-quality, one-of-a-kind pieces, crafted by hand.
Occasionally place your piece in a bath of mild soapy water. Then thoroughly rinse off any soap and oil residue and dry your piece with a soft cloth.
Diamonds are easy to care for thanks to their hardness. To preserve their shine, they should be wiped regularly with a damp, soft cloth and, if needed, cleaned under running water with a soft brush.
For long-lasting enjoyment, an annual ultrasonic cleaning is recommended. We are happy to clean your piece once a year free of charge, please contact our customer service for this.
We provide a full 24-month warranty on your personal VEYNOU piece. The warranty applies provided there is no external impact, intentional damage, or natural wear and tear (scratches, etc.); clear manufacturing defects are covered.
Ideally, do not wear your jewelry while exercising, sunbathing, doing housework, or in the sauna. Also protect your piece from contact with cosmetics such as hairspray, deodorant, and sunscreen, as well as fats and oils.
Delivery and Shipping
We offer free & insured outbound and return shipping via UPS Express on all our orders.
For our international shipments, we use FedEx Express International.
All shipments are sent free and insured via UPS Express and are usually delivered within 1–2 days.

Pieces specifically made for you are excluded from exchanges and returns.
These Made-for-You creations are crafted by hand over several weeks and are produced fully according to your personal specifications. Every decision, from the alloy to the size to the desired design, is reflected in the final piece.
All in-stock pieces can be returned within 30 days free of charge. The purchase amount is refunded within 10 business days of the return arriving.
You can pay with PayPal, Apple Pay, Klarna invoice or installment, instant bank transfer, as well as Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. Available payment methods may vary by country. At checkout, you will automatically see all options available in your region.
