You can change the setting, adjust proportions, or try gemstones in different colors until everything matches your vision exactly.

On request, we produce your jewelry design as a precise life-size 3D model. This way, you can see and feel in our boutique in Frankfurt how your design looks on the finger, ear, or neck.
Proportions, shape, and fit are checked precisely before the piece is realized in precious metal.
This step combines the latest technology with the classic experience of trying on jewelry, giving you the confidence that every detail is perfect for you.

How does the process for a custom piece work?
From the first conversation to completion, we guide you step by step. We start by discussing your wishes regarding shape, materials, and gemstones. Then we create a 3D visualization so you can see your piece in advance. Optionally, we produce a model for you to try on, and finally we craft your one-of-a-kind piece by hand.
Which materials and gemstones can I choose?
The choice is yours: 14k or 18k gold (yellow, rose, white) or 950 platinum, we will realize your preference. Same with gemstones: brilliants, colored gemstones such as sapphire or emerald, we will guide you through the options.
How can I pay?
All payment methods available in our online shop are also available for custom pieces, including the option to pay in installments via PayPal or Klarna.
What costs should I expect?
Inquiring about a custom piece is free of charge. Since every piece is planned individually, there are no fixed prices. During the consultation, we determine the cost based on the choice of material, gemstone size, design complexity, and production effort. You receive a transparent proposal before we start.
How long does it take to produce a custom piece?
From design wish to finished piece, the process usually takes about 4 weeks. In individual cases or for particularly complex pieces, the production time may differ and will be communicated separately.
Can the piece be exchanged or returned?
Since every piece is custom-made to your specifications, exchanges and returns are not possible. If something does not match your expectations, we will of course find a solution together. Our goal is for you to wear your piece with full joy.
What warranties are included on a one-of-a-kind piece?
We provide our standard 3-year manufacturer warranty on craftsmanship and material. In addition, we offer lifetime care and maintenance (polishing, refastening, cleaning) to keep your piece looking its best for years to come.
