How is my order shipped?
All shipments within Germany are sent free of charge & insured via UPS Express and usually delivered within 1-2 days.
Shipments with a value of more than €5,000 are delivered insured & free of charge by express courier within 24 hours of dispatch.
For our international shipments we use FedEx Express International.
How can I return or exchange my order?
All items except custom-made Made-for-You pieces can be returned free of charge (within Germany) within 30 days. We refund the purchase amount within 10 business days of receiving the return.

An exchange or return of your order is also possible in our boutique in Frankfurt.
How do I find the right ring size?
Determine your ring size reliably and accurately with our free ring sizer. Easily from home. Nothing stands in the way of your dream ring by VEYNOU. The ring sizer can be used as often as you like.
For the sake of the environment, we ship only one ring sizer per order and customer.
What are lab-grown diamonds?
Lab-grown diamonds are 100% identical to mined diamonds and possess the same chemical, physical and optical properties, but without the ecological & ethical drawbacks.
They are also certified by the same international institutes (GIA/IGI) according to the so-called 4Cs.
We at VEYNOU are convinced that the uniqueness of a diamond truly shines when it is created with minimal environmental impact, transparent origin and under fair conditions to the highest quality standards.
Are individual designs also possible?
Together with you, we design your personal piece. Our designs can be adapted to your wishes. Would you like an individual piece? Contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp.
What does Made to Order mean?
Some pieces from our collection as well as all our engagement rings are made to your specifications, such as the choice of metal, carat weight or your ring size. Made for You means that we begin producing your personal piece after you place your order.
