Lab grown diamonds are real diamonds with the same chemical, physical and optical properties as mine diamonds with the difference that they are sustainably produced in the lab instead of being mined from the earth, without negative consequences for nature and people.
Our VEYNOU created diamonds are manufactured in an environmentally friendly manner, with transparent origin and under the highest quality standards in the laboratory and from 0.50ct. certified by GIA/IGI.
The production of diamonds in the laboratory is carried out using the most modern technologies. Thanks to modern technologies, such as HPHT, a high-pressure, high-temperature process, and CVD, Chemical Vapor Deposition, an innovative plasma process, rough diamonds grow atom by atom.
Even though today we can produce diamonds in a controlled environment, each diamond still has its unique characteristics.
For us, lab grown diamonds are the only option when it comes to realizing the vision of sustainable luxury jewelry.
Jewelry
Our jewelry is made in our own manufactory in the gold city of Pforzheim in Germany, which is known worldwide for its long history as the epicenter of European jewelry production. Our goldsmiths have cross-generational expertise in the production of high-quality individual pieces in elaborate manual work.
Occasionally place your jewelry in a bath of mild, soapy water. Then rinse off the soap and grease residues well. Then dry your piece of jewelery with a soft cloth.
Because of their hardness, diamonds are easy to care for. To keep them shiny, they should be rubbed regularly with a damp, soft cloth and possibly cleaned under running water with a soft brush.
Annual cleaning in an ultrasonic bath is recommended so that you can enjoy your diamonds for a particularly long time. We would be happy to clean your piece of jewelry once a year free of charge, please contact our customer service.
We offer a full 24-month guarantee on your personal piece of jewelry from VEYNOU. This excludes external influence, willful destruction and no natural signs of wear / signs of use (scratches, etc.) - clear production defects excluded.
It is best not to wear your jewelry when exercising, sunbathing, doing household chores or in the sauna. Protect your piece of jewelery from contact with cosmetics such as hairspray, deodorants and sunscreen, as well as fats and oils.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer free & insured shipping & returns via UPS Express for all our domestic deliveries.
For international shipments, we charge a shipping fee of €30.00 for insured international express shipping.
All shipments within Germany are sent free of charge and insured via UPS Express and are usually delivered within 1-2 days .
Shipments with a goods value of more than €5,000 are insured and delivered free of charge by express courier within 24 hours of shipment.
For our international shipments we use FedEx Express International. Shipping time may vary on your location, but are usually shipped within 7-10 days, if the ordered item is in-stock.

Returns
All items can be returned within 30 days free of charge (in Germany). We will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days after receipt of the return.
You can pay with us via PayPal, ApplePay, KLARNA purchase on account or installment purchase, instant transfer, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express. The payment options may vary depending on the country. However, when you complete the order, you will be shown all the options available.
